BUSINESS RETENTION DIRECTOR – £80,000 (NEG) + BONUS – EDUCATION & B&I CONTRACT CATERING

My client is looking for a Business Retention Director to join there business. This is a senior role within the company where you will be working alongside the Managing Director, Finance Director, Operation Directors and Director of Food.

The most important aspect of this role will be to retain current clients and build on the already strong client relationships. You will do this by attending important school & business events. You will also step in and support the Operation Directors by attending key meetings with clients to ensure standards are maintained throughout the length of contract.

Personality is key to this role, it is about the right person being able to understand the culture of my clients business and being able to command respect within the senior management team.

My clients ideal candidate will have both Operation Director & sales experience within contract catering (education or B&I). You will need to be comfortable presenting to new clients in sales presentations.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a large “corporate company” but also essentially a small to medium size contract catering company for a minimum of 2 years. It is important that you have operated outside of London within a senior capacity.

Please note; only candidates with the experience listed above within education or B&I contact catering will be considered for this role. Candidates will also need to live in the South East of England to be considered.

Salary & Benefits:
