Annual Salary – £25,000 per annum (Negotiable)

My client is a young, independent and vibrant Contract Catering Company, with a reputation for excellence. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional standards, a total fresh food policy and service delivered with individuality, passion and style.

My client is looking for a dynamic Chef De Partie to support the team at this fabulous learning residential location set in stunning grounds near Abingdon.

You will be required to prepare and cook breakfast, lunch & dinner depending on which shift you are working. You will work straight shifts on a reasonable 5 out of 7 basis.

This really is a great location for a Chef De Partie to get noticed due to the large number of high profile events.

  • 28 days annual leave

  • Straight shifts (07.00 to 15.00 or 12.30 to 20.30 on a rota basis)

Job Requirements & Key Skills:

  • Supporting the management team in ensuring that service level agreements are achieved & customer and client expectations are met.
  • Supporting the management team so that catering premises and equipment are maintained, clean and hygienic and that safe systems of work are in place
  • Supporting the management team to ensure that financial margins are being met and client budget being achieved through good management of the account
  • Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed
  • A real passion for food
