£34,000.00 per annum


My client is a leading Independent contract catering company in the B&I contract catering sector.

My client has a position available for a talented Chef Manager to manage one of its B&I locations in Abingdon.

The service offer is breakfast, lunch and hospitality.

You will be from a fresh food background with experience of cooking everything from scratch. You will be experienced with food costings and have a good understanding of budgets.

This role requires a Chef Manager with experience in the business and industry contract catering sector.


  • Abingdon

Salary & Benefits:

  • £32,000 to £34,000 per annum
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

Job Requirements & Key Skills:

  • Ensuring that service level agreements are achieved & customer and client expectations are met
  • To oversee and develop the food offer within the location
  • Ensuring the company food standards are maintained and improved
  • Managing, motivating and developing a team
  • Be a creative chef and able to cook everything from scratch
  • Chef Manager with creative menu writing and up to date with food trends
  • Excellent financial acumen
  • Strong team leader and team player
  • Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
