£27,000 – 44 WORKING WEEKS

Our client is looking for a talented Chef Manager to take charge of the catering operation at one of their prestigious, independent grammar schools in Huddersfield

The catering department provides a lunch service, along with hospitality and match teas, to 525 pupils plus teachers on a daily basis

You will need to come from a total fresh food background and be able to demonstrate your passion for fresh, quality seasonal produce. You will have excellent knowledge of modern food trends.

Experience required: 

·At least 1 year of Head Chef or Chef Manager experience within either B&I (contract catering) or education (contract catering)

·Consideration will be given to a passionate senior sous chef, you would need at least 2 years of senior sous chef experience within either B&I (contract catering) or education (contract catering)

Salary & Benefits:

·£27,000 per annum

·8 weeks of per year

·Working Monday to Friday

·Meals on duty

·Uniform provided

·Excellent training & development

·All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK

·Clean Enhanced DBS (fully funded by the company)
