Our client is an independent and vibrant Contract Catering Company, with a reputation for excellence. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional standards, a total fresh food policy and service delivered with individuality, passion and style.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a hard- working, experienced Chef Manager to rebuild (the operation slimmed down a lot due to Covid and is about to re-start) a passionate team, catering for a prestigious B&I site based in Chiswick.

The offer is a mix of employee dining, retail catering and high-quality hospitality.

Key personal skills and attributes:

  • At least 2-3 years of Head Chef or Chef Manager experience in a contract catering operation
  • Experience in all due diligence, COSHH and Health & Safety
  • CRAFT trained using fresh produce
  • Has a good understanding of managing stock levels, GPs and can motivate and train a team to deliver outstanding food quality.
  • Plan and execute fresh, seasonal and innovative menus from around the world.
  • A passion for delivering excellent food and standards.
  • Experience working within the events or private catering industry.
  • A ‘Can Do’ attitude
