My client is a leading Independent contract catering company in the B&I contract catering sector.
My client has a position available for a talented Chef Manager to manage one of its busy B&I locations in Rochdale.
This is a 7 day a week operation consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner & vending. You will be working predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends on a rota basis.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity of working in a large modern kitchen with fantastic storage space. The restaurant is large and has a wonderful ambiance.
You will be managing a team of 5 full time staff.
You will be from a fresh food background with experience of cooking everything from scratch. You will be experienced with food costings and have a good understanding of budgets.
This role requires a Head Chef looking for there first step into management or a Chef Manager with experience in the business and industry contract catering sector.
