Executive Chef Manager

£35,000.00 per annum


My client is looking for a talented and dynamic Executive Chef Manager to lead the team at a prestigious Independent Boarding School in Hampshire.

My client provides breakfast, morning break, lunch & dinner to pupils and teachers 7 days per week. You will be catering for approx 500 pupils and teachers for lunch and approx 100 pupils for dinner.

My client also provides a high end hospitality and events service (overtime is paid for adhoc large events).

You will be managing a Head Chef, Chef De Parties, Commis, & front of house staff.

You will need to come from a total fresh food background and be able to demonstrate your passion for fresh, quality seasonal produce. You will have excellent knowledge of modern food trends.

This really is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Head Chef| Head Chef| Chef Manager to take the food and service to another level.

Due to the Christmas break, formal interviews will take place the 1st| 2nd week of January.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £35,000 per annum + O|T
  • Working 5 days out of 7 days (Monday to Friday out of term)
