EXECUTIVE CHEF MANAGER – UP TO £40,000 PER ANNUM – ONLY 40 To 42 WORKING WEEKS PER YEAR!
Working 5 days out of 7 days my client is looking for a dynamic hands-on Executive Chef Manager to lead a team at a busy Independent Boarding School in Brackley.
My client provides morning break, lunch & Dinner to approx 300 pupils & 100 teachers. You will also be required to provide a high quality volume hospitality service.
Are you a Head Chef, Chef Manager or Executive Chef Manager at a high-volume flagship Independent School or B&I location?
You will need to come from a total fresh food background and be able to demonstrate your passion for fresh, quality seasonal produce. You will have excellent commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate this along with your knowledge of modern food trends.
