My client is an up and coming business which runs the food operations for a Private Members Health Club. They also organise events both within the club and external, as well as opening office pop up’s and delivering healthy food to offices throughout London. They are looking to expand and grow in the new year, so need someone that can grow with the business. The owner of the business is a Clinical Nutritionist, and full nutritional training will be given.
Healthy menu with a vegan base without excluding meat, and diary. With a farm to plate menu mentality, you must have similar experience working with fresh seasonal produce.This can be a busy kitchen and needs someone who has experience managing a brigade, and potentially a multi-site business.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, and have an eye for detail. Knowledge of costings, and GP would be an advantage.
