Working hours Monday to Friday, hours can be flexible and in line with business need.

Working from home with requirements to work at Head Office and multi-site operations across the business as required.

My client has a rare opportunity for a Nutritionist to join the team. As the Company Nutritionist you will be a key member of the management team, responsible for delivering the company nutrition strategy.  You will educate their teams to deliver exceptional bespoke, innovative food plans and ensure that their menus reflect the highest standards of nutrition, reflective of individual client needs in B&I, Care and School locations in both the UK and Europe.  You will support compliance in relation to food standards, allergens, labelling and other related areas and will advise the business in connection to any future legislative requirements and support the delivery of appropriate solutions.  You will also be provide advice and guidance to their clients and customers.

The role reports to the Chef Director and involves working closely with the Management Team in relation to food standards, menu planning, allergens, labelling and nutrition.  It will also involve building relationships with key people and teams from across the business to ensure compliance in these areas.

Essential requirements for the position: –

  • Will have a degree (BSc) in Nutrition or equivalent
  • Professional, organised, presentable, efficient and self-motivated
  • Willing to travel around the country and be away from home at times
  • A passion for keeping up to date with research and national health events
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to manage a busy diary independently
  • Experience of working within a Nutritionist role

Desirable experience for the position: –

  • Experience of working in a similar multi-site/mobile/remote capacity an advantage.
  • A member of the Association for Nutrition (AfN)
  • Relevant Health and Safety qualification
