Restaurant Manager



My client is looking for a service driven Restaurant Manager to manage the front of house operations along with managing the extensive wine list to work alongside the Chef Patron in this critically acclaimed award winning establishment.

You will need to come from at least a multi-rosette/Michelin star background and be able to demonstrate your passion for British seasonal. You must be able to produce and deliver consistent high levels of service and training on a daily basis to ensure accolades are upheld year on year.

This position would suit a strong leader coming from a similar environment looking to be a part of a growing and exceptionally well organised team.

Salary & Benefits:

  • A competitive salary – Depending on experience.
  • Working 8 shifts per week
  • 2 and half days off per week (Sunday night/Monday and another day off in the week)
