SOUS CHEF – £28K- £30K PER ANNUM D.O.E – 3 ROSETTE LEVEL NEW OPENING
My client is looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head chef in this fantastic new opening’s kitchen within this fine dining level gastro pub who will be pushing for rosettes and more!
You will need to come from at least a multi-rosette/Michelin star background and be able to demonstrate your passion for fresh British seasonal produce consistently.
This position would suit a strong Sous chef on the upward curve of their career looking to learn and develop under expert guidance of the owner/head chef and someone who is looking to move up the ladder within this environment.
The new opening is planning to open before the end of the year and will bring its own reputation with its ownership and are looking for candidates who can start and trial as soon as soon as possible!
