My client is looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef Manager at a stunning Independent School in Sherborne.
My client provide breakfast, lunch, dinner, high end hospitality and events across 7 days of the week.
Are you currently a Sous Chef working in rosette standard hotel/restaurant looking for a change with improved work life balance? Are you a Head Chef or Sous Chef at a flagship Academy School, Independent School or B&I location?
You will need to come from a total fresh food background and be able to demonstrate your passion for fresh, quality seasonal produce. You will have excellent commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate this along with your knowledge of modern food trends.
